TERMS AND CONDITIONS

•Signing up through the website and setting up a subscription is the only booking/payment option that HM Creative Dance Associates will accept.

•A trial is a 2-week period. After the second trial is completed, you will receive an email from Class 4 Kids to sign up to classes if you wish to continue.

•Fees are taken from your account on the 1st of the month. Any fees not paid on the 1st of the month will incur a £10 late payment fee.

•Our fees are pro rata – the total cost of classes is split across 12 monthly payments for 39 weeks.

• All fees, performances and event money paid is non-refundable.

•Cancellation policy – we require one months written notice along with that months full fee payment. For example if you write to us in February then the whole of March will be your notice period and no further payments will be taken in April unless payments have been missed.
